Triangle Heart Walk - American Heart Association

Each year, the American Heart Association raises money through their annual Triangle Heart Walk. By registering for the Heart Walk, walkers are taking the first step to help save lives against heart disease. For several years, I designed the t-shirts that were given to the Top Walkers of the event. Each t-shirt featured a custom, hand-lettering design.
